In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days, starting from the day of receipt of the ordered product, to withdraw.

If the customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must contact us at marketing@paperslate.io within 14 days of receiving the purchased product.

An acknowledgment of receipt, along with a return form and the procedure to follow for returning the product, will be sent to the customer by email at the address used to submit the request.

The customer must return the product(s) in their original condition, complete with a copy of the invoice, no later than 14 days following the validation of the withdrawal request.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that are incomplete or made unsuitable for resale (due to damage, soiling, accidents, etc.).

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), and after quality control under the conditions outlined in this article, Paperslate will only refund the price of the purchased product(s). Shipping and return costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.

In the event of a defective product, an item not conforming to the order, we will replace the product upon receipt of the returned item. In such cases, the customer must contact us at marketing@paperslate.io and return the product to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be covered by Paperslate only if the product is found to be defective, and reimbursement will be made upon presentation of the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement if the product has been dismantled or is otherwise rendered unsuitable for assessment.
