Does Paperslate transcribe notes?
We are developing an AI solution that will allow users to transcribe their notes into a PDF or Word file, ready to save or export with a single click. Launching early 2025.
Do you have Google Play Store?
Yes, Paperslate provides access to the Google Play Store, allowing you to download any apps you need. Additionally, shortcuts for Gmail and Google Drive are integrated to simplify note export
How to share a signed document?
After signing and annotating your document, just click on the Share button and choose your favorite mail app to send it from. You can also save it and share it through Selection mode.
What if my product doesn't work anymore?
If your product stops working, our extremely fast French customer service team will quickly check its condition. If it is still under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced.
Can I transfer my notes to my computer?
Of course you can. You can do this either by cable or via Wi-Fi.
How can I configure my Premium Pen?
You have to go to Settings > Pen.
Then you can choose which features will be linked to your connected button.
Account Management
How do I create an account?
You don't need to create an account. For added security, we use cloud partners like Google Drive or Gmail to securely store your information.
How can I reset my password?
If you want to reset your Notepad password, go to the "Password" category in the settings where you can easily change it.
How do I update my email address?
You don’t need to update your email address in the Notepad itself; simply update it in your preferred email and cloud applications.
How do I delete my account?
With Paperslate, you don’t need to worry about storing important information in your account. All your documents are securely stored directly on the Notepad. Additionally, you have the option to store them in your cloud applications.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Settings
How do install the latest update?
You have to be connected to Wi-Fi. Then, in the settings, you can check if there is an available update to install.
Do you have a Paperslate Cloud?
We are actually working on it. It should be available in December 2024.
How can I have access to my notes directly from my computer?
You can transfer notes and documents via Wi-Fi or UsbC cable. You can also use your cloud applications to store and have access to your files anytime and everywhere.
