At Paperslate, we design reliable, long-lasting products intended for daily use.

Covered Products

All Paperslate products sold on this website (digital tablets, accessories, styluses, magnetic covers) are covered by a two-year legal warranty starting from the delivery date.

This warranty applies under normal use conditions, according to the product’s user manual and technical specifications.

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects or material failures
• Technical malfunctions not caused by misuse
• Proper functioning of electronic components (screen, battery, stylus)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by drops, shocks, liquids, or improper use
  
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, signs of use, battery capacity loss over time)
  
• Accessories damaged through negligence
  
• Products modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties

Procedure

1. Contact us with a detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if available.
   
2. Our team will suggest an appropriate solution: repair, replacement, or refund.
3. If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs may be covered by Paperslate.
4. Legal Warranty

This commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under French and EU law, including the French Consumer Code (articles L.217-3 to L.217-17) and the Civil Code (articles 1641 to 1649 on hidden defects).
